RETURNS POLICIES

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a full store credit or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
  • Sale merchandise cannot be refunded, exchange only.

Returns will only be accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Safiyaa reserves the right to deny return of the merchandise if policy requirements are not met.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.

 ORDER AND PRE-ORDER RETURNS POLICIES

As each of the items in the Order and Pre-Order category are made per client order, it is a 50% non-refundable order.  If an exchange of size is required, this can be done at no extra cost.  If an exchange of style is required, only a difference in item price will be paid, but not refunded.  If a return is requested, only 50% of the full order will be refunded back to the client.

 SHIPPING ERRORS OR FAULTY GOODS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a faulty product, we will gladly exchange or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact returns@safiyaa.com.

 SAFiYAA EXTERNAL PURCHASES

Any Safiyaa items purchased from boutiques, departments stores or any other location selling our merchandise cannot be returned to www.safiyaa.com
